We need a UX Designer to produce cutting-edge, gorgeous designs for all of our web
and mobile platforms
You will play a key role in the User Experience & Design team at Design Brewery, where
you will help define the visual language for products that benefit both the company and
its clients.
Responsibilities
Own the delivery of the UX Design for the given project.
To achieve the highest possible standard of delivery for clients, collaborate
closely with the PMO, UI designers, and design manuals.
Participate in client calls and comprehend their needs.
Develop an information architecture, application flow diagrams, wireframes,
mock-ups, user journeys, and personas based on an evaluation of the client's requirements.
UX consistency should be guided, maintained, and communicated across all
platforms.
Establishing delivery standards with the client and the UI team.
Create reusable user experience elements that aid main UX initiatives.
Make sure the solutions are correctly implemented and thoroughly tested by
working with the client team and developers.
Conduct user research using focus groups, surveys, interviews, and other methodologies, and provide thorough research reports.
Perform secondary research, assess the competition, and deliver.
Must Have
Knowledge of tools such as Figma/ XD/ Sketch, Framer, Invision, etc.
+1 years minimum of professional experience working as a user interface, ideally
in a consulting or agency environment (end to end design solution)
Work with the UX Team to solve the end to end logic, create IA, Wireframe and set
the delivery expectation with the team.
Strong understanding of modern design and development processes, as well as
design principles for iOS, Android, Windows, and responsive web solutions
(including: atomic design, live style guides, responsive design principles).
A thorough knowledge of research and developing best practices.
A charismatic leader with the ability to engage others and inspire them to
participate in design conversations.
Be an attentive listener and skilled facilitator of fruitful design talks.
A portfolio of attractive online and mobile applications that have been released or gone live.
A desire to find creative answers to issues in visual design and the capacity to do so.
The capacity to communicate your ideas to engineers and stakeholders while
working in an agile development environment.
Thinks strategically and tactically, and demonstrates a high degree of initiative,
ingenuity, and self-direction.
