Responsibilities
As per Design Brewery standards and client requirements, review the wireframes,
storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Use strategic design thinking to solve practical issues.
Evolution is the key- You need to keep iterating on processes and solutions to make sure
what goes out of DB is no less than perfect!
While the world is building user centric designs, we need to go a step further and also
include the business side and make sure that it breaks the success charts when released in the market.
Conduct design reviews and status meetings. Facilitate design sprints, workshops,
brainstorming sessions.
Pay close attention to the smaller elements when it comes to design concepts,
principles, layout, alignment, visualization, etc.
Ensure that projects are well-defined, high impact, and successfully executed.
Look for simplicity, minimalism, and utility.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in product, web, mobile, interaction design.
Strong online portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great user-centered experiences and applications.
Knowledge of tools such as Figma/ XD/ Sketch, Framer, Invision, etc.
Strong familiarity with UX processes and procedures, including wireframing, prototyping,
personas, task analysis, and sitemaps.
Able to think of user interface and data (Data-driven design).
Mentoring designers in the newest design trends.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to clearly articulate design
decisions within a larger context to the team and leadership.
