We need a UI Designer to produce cutting-edge, gorgeous designs for all of our web and mobile platforms.
You will play a key role in the User Experience & Design team at Design Brewery, where you will help define the visual language for products that benefit both the company and its clients.
Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and provide support as needed for a group of associates and a
UI designer.
Based on organisational priorities, periodically record comments for reporting
team members and offer suggestions for a course of action.
Be an essential member of our experience design team, working directly with a
cross-disciplinary team to brainstorm, ideate, and iterate as necessary.
You'll also help define novel experience design solutions by staying current with
the newest design and technological trends.
Engage stakeholders to comprehend the needs of the business and the end user,
then translate UX objectives into a collection of stunning, user-friendly, and
accessible designs, such as a collection of app screens.
oversee and assume responsibility for the UI Design's artistic vision and quality,
including its interaction patterns, visual comps, prototyping, specifications, and
style guides.
To ensure UI consistency, create and manage design deliverables such visual
mockups, a style guide or design system, and personas. with the ultimate
purpose of providing assets that development and solution teams can use.
Be a designer who takes a holistic approach to design and is able to synthesise
important information from various organisational departments.
Represent the client by doing work at all levels and handling comments well.
Iterate quickly on design concepts and functional applications.
Define and Create pixel-perfect click-through design prototype using Figma.
Must Have
Knowledge of tools such as Figma/ XD/ Sketch, Framer, Invision, etc.
+1 years minimum of professional experience working as a user interface, ideally
in a consulting or agency environment (end to end design solution).
Strong understanding of modern design and development processes, as well as
design principles for iOS, Android, Windows, and responsive web solutions
(including: atomic design, live style guides, responsive design principles).
A thorough knowledge of research and developing best practises.
A charismatic leader with the ability to engage others and inspire them to
participate in design conversations.
Be an attentive listener and skilled facilitator of fruitful design talks.
A portfolio of attractive online and mobile applications that have been released
or gone live.
A desire to find creative answers to issues in visual design and the capacity to do
so.
The capacity to communicate your ideas to engineers and stakeholders while
working in an agile development environment.
Thinks strategically and tactically, and demonstrates a high degree of initiative,
ingenuity, and self-direction.
